Step 3 - On-Site Visit
We evaluate your property and take measurements for design and build projects. For emergency drainage issues, we charge a $50 diagnostic fee and will be on-site to evaluate your situation within 48 hours. After diagnosing your issue, we will deliver a plan and cost estimate to you within 24 hours. If you approve the project, we’ll start work within seven days.
Step 4 - Plan Presentation
We present our concept plan, discuss the materials, and provide an honest estimate, including the scope of work, price, and terms and conditions.
Step 5 - Plan Approval + Agreement Signing
When you love what you see, sign the agreement! We’ll collect a deposit and schedule a project kick-off meeting.
Step 6 - Project Kick-Off Meeting
This is where we review the material options and refine the design, providing two revisions with color patterns and elevations. With the final design in hand, we can schedule your project start date.
Step 7 - Work Begins
Watch your ideas come to life as our skilled craftsmen execute your project with diligence and precision.
Step 8 - Final Walkthrough
We’ll walk through your landscape with you to ensure you’re happy with the results. We’ll also discuss the details of our warranties, which include 12 months on landscape lighting, two years on hardscaping, and two years on drainage.
