Step  2

Step 2 - Phone Consultation

We’ll schedule a 15-minute call to discuss the project and make sure we’re the right fit for you. You’ll receive an email which includes a checklist, agenda and pricing information to give you a better idea of the project scope.

Step  3

Step 3 - On-Site Visit

We evaluate your property and take measurements for design and build projects. For emergency drainage issues, we charge a $50 diagnostic fee and will be on-site to evaluate your situation within 48 hours. After diagnosing your issue, we will deliver a plan and cost estimate to you within 24 hours. If you approve the project, we’ll start work within seven days.

Step 4

Step 4 - Plan Presentation

We present our concept plan, discuss the materials, and provide an honest estimate, including the scope of work, price, and terms and conditions.

Step 5

Step 5 - Plan Approval + Agreement Signing

When you love what you see, sign the agreement! We’ll collect a deposit and schedule a project kick-off meeting.

Step 6

Step 6 - Project Kick-Off Meeting

This is where we review the material options and refine the design, providing two revisions with color patterns and elevations. With the final design in hand, we can schedule your project start date.
