Step 3 - On-Site Visit
We evaluate your property and take measurements for design and build projects. For emergency drainage issues, we charge a $50 diagnostic fee and will be on-site to evaluate your situation within 48 hours. After diagnosing your issue, we will deliver a plan and cost estimate to you within 24 hours. If you approve the project, we’ll start work within seven days.
Step 4 - Plan Presentation
We present our concept plan, discuss the materials, and provide an honest estimate, including the scope of work, price, and terms and conditions.
Step 5 - Plan Approval + Agreement Signing
When you love what you see, sign the agreement! We’ll collect a deposit and schedule a project kick-off meeting.
